One of the most common issues we can have with our feet are the cracked heels. These are manifested by obvious cracks, yellowish or brown thickening of the skin at the heel and dry skin.
Besides the aesthetic issues, it might show some other and more painful symptoms like inflammation, bleeding, redness, itching and peeling skin. Fortunately, all this can be stopped and avoided if you take some appropriate measures in a timely manner.
First, let’s get to the reason why heels crack. The most common reasons include long standing on hard floors, improper diets, dry air, improper foot care, insufficient skin moisture, bad shoes and certain skin disorders like eczema, diabetes, thyroid disease and psoriasis.
Now it’s time to reveal a sensational remedy that will help you overcome these issues you might face with your heels, calluses and corns.
Method of preparation
Mash 10 aspirins (acetylsalicylic acid) or Andols (paracetamol) and add this powder in a glass of 70% alcohol. Leave the mixture to stay for a day or two. After this, the remedy is ready to use.
Because this method of healing includes bandaging your feet, it is recommended to use it before you going to sleep. Shake the container that contains the remedy and soak a cotton ball or a gauze in it. Put the soaked gauze or cotton ball on your heel, wrap it in a plastic bag and put a sock over it. If you are suffering from cracked heels on both legs, do this for both of them.
Remove the plastic bag and the gauze in the morning. Wash the feet carefully, wipe them with a clean towel andapply glycerin or some greasy cream. Before applying the cream it is recommended to scrub the heels with a pumice stone to achieve best results.
The cracked skin on the feet will disappear after 10 treatments. This cure can also be used in case of varicose veins where you will feel improvements after the first day.
