It is found that simple mixture of honey and cinnamon can cure most diseases.

Honey is one of the most effective natural remediesand is available at almost every corner of the earth. It can be used to treat various health conditions, with no side-effects. Even though it is sweet, when taken in moderate amounts, it can be consumed by diabetic patients.

When combined with cinnamon, it can yield even better results. Here’s what research says about this miraculous combination:

COLDS:  If you are suffering from a common cold or a severe one, honey comes to the rescue. Take one tablespoon of lukewarm honey and add a ¼ of a tablespoon of cinnamon. Consume daily for 3 straight days and your cold symptomswill be significantly reduced and this combination will even help treat a chronic cough. Plus, it’s delicious!

HEART DISEASES:   By making a paste from honey and cinnamon and using it instead of jelly or jam on your morning toast, you will significantly reduce the risk of heart diseases and lower the cholesterol. Studies have shown that even if you had a heart attack before, by regularly consuming honey and cinnamon for breakfast, you will prevent future ones.

This powerful combo strengthens the heart beat and is used in numerous nursing homes around the U.s to revitalize the veins and arteries of their patients.

IMMUNE SYSTEM:   Daily consumption of this combination boosts the immune system and protects the body from viral infections and bacteria. The large amount of vitamins and iron contained in the honey can fortify the blood corpuscles and prevent viral and bacterial attacks.

One study conducted at the Copenhagen University which included 200 patients, concluded that a daily intake of 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ tablespoon of cinnamon powder before breakfast can significantly reduce the pain in a week. Namely, 73 of the patients completely eliminated the pain while all of the others who couldn’t even move started walking painlessly.

GAS:   Studies conducted in Japan and India have shown that honey and cinnamon can effectively relieve gasses from the stomach.

WEIGHT LOSS:  A regular consumption of honey and cinnamon every morning on empty stomach and every evening before going to bed can significantly reduce the weight in even the most obese person. It is also known that this mixture prevents the accumulation of fats in the body even though you may eat a high-calorie diet.

SKIN INFECTIONS:  Apply a mixture of equal parts of honey and cinnamon to the affected areas to treat various skin infections, eczema or ringworm.

HEARING LOSS:   By taking honey and cinnamon every morning and evening, you can restore hearing.

BLADDER INFECTIONS:  Mix 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. This drink is able to destroy any germs in the bladder.

CANCER:   Recent studies from Australia and Japan have shown that honey cinnamon combinations can be used to successfully cure advanced stages of stomachand bone cancer. Patients who struggle with these types of cancer should consume 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 3 times a day for a month.

PIMPLES:   A simple paste made from 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of honey can successfully eliminate pimples. Apply the paste directly on the pimples and leave it overnight.
