  • a) Fresh Leaf Ingredients

–           2 cups of water

–           1 1/2 tbsp. of fresh oregano leaves


1)         Boil 2 cups of water

2)         Place finely chopped oregano leaves in two cups

3)         Pour the water over the oregano leaves

4)         Keep it sit for about 5-10 minutes before drinking (you can cover the cups)

  • b) Dry Leaf Ingredients

–           2 cups of water

–           1 tbsp. dried oregano


1)         Boil 2 cups of water

2)         Put dried oregano into the 2 cups

3)         Cover the oregano leaves with boiled water

4)         Keep it covered for a few minutes before drinking
