To heal headaches people are usually using pills, however, they cannot always relieve a terrible headache or they might also cause various side effects.

This is a reason what challenges many experts and other people to try to find alternative ways how to relieve it naturally. So, one of the most known natural methods is an acupressure. The main advantage of this technique, as a kind of a massage, is that there is not necessary to have any medical knowledge to practice it.

To do it properly, you need to relax in a comfortable position, and moderately massage a specific point of your body. You should do it in a circular motion for about a minute, and the effects are staring after 5-10 minutes and the pain will stop.

The most important for this technique is to know these six main points:

  1. Yintang point

This point should be massaged when you suffer eye fatigue. The location of this point is between the eyebrows, where the bridge of the nose passes into the forehead.

  1. Zan Zhu points

We are speaking about the two symmetrical points that are located at the base of the inner edge of the eyebrows. They are massaged in order to treat a runny nose and a visual acuity.

  1. Yingxiang points

These points are massaged to treat headaches, toothaches relieve stress and clear the sinuses. They are located on both sides of the nostrils in line with the eyes.

You will easily locate them if you just feel a dimple in the bottom of the cheekbones. It can be also used to open sinuses.

  1. Tian Zhu points

These points can be found in the middle area of the back of the head, exactly between the ear and the beginning of the spine.

To treat eye pain, migraines, headaches, nasal congestion, and earaches you should massage them gently.

  1. Shuai gu

These points are 2-3 cm from the beginning of the hairline, in the small dimple in the temple area.

Treat the eye fatigue and pain in the temporal region.

  1. He gu points

You treat back pain, toothaches, and tension in the muscles of the neck by massaging these symmetrical points.

They are located on the back of the hand, between the forefinger and thumb.

By following the instructions carefully, you will experience improvements very soon after you apply pressure (massage) to these points.

In case that doesn’t help you, you should visit your doctor and check the nature of your health problem.
