–           Extract the juice from one beetroot, four medium-size carrots, and one cucumber,

–           Grind one tablespoon of milk thistle seeds in a coffee grinder

–           Put the ground seeds in three cups of water and boil

–           Turn off the heat and then let it steep for 20 minutes

–           Drink it two to three times a day for one week.

Castor oil along with the other healing properties help to minimize and reduce the number of gallstones.

How to use:

–           Gently warm one cup of castor oil in a pan (preferably pure and cold-pressed)

–           Soak a cheesecloth in the warm oil,

–           Squeeze out the excess oil of it and place it over the right side of your stomach

–           Cover it with a plastic sheet.

–           Put a hot water bag on the plastic sheet for 30 to 60 minutes.
