Many people don’t realize the dangers of fluoride build-up.

However, long term fluoride build up in the body can be dangerous and sometimes cause significant health problems. It has been linked to neurological problems on many occasions and can have a detrimental effect on your brain.

The studies conducted to investigate this mater showed how fluoride can have a worrying impact on fetal brain development.

For instance, a review by Harvard scientists published in the Lancet has also emphasized the health problems that fluoride causes.

In 2006, the National Research Council noted that fluorides have the ability to interfere with the functions of the brain.

Fluoride is listed to a heavy toxins that has similar characteristics to the other poisonous toxins such as lead and mercury that aren’t welcomed in the blood stream.

How to protect yourself from buildup of fluoride?

It is an easy step you can take to help protect yourself and it is based in a spice curcumin that has many other health benefits.

This is an active ingredient found in turmeric, which is ranged from lowering blood pressure to preventing strokes. It can, also claim the wonderful property of halting and even drawing back fluoride in the body.

The positive effects of curcumin on the body were also confirmed by a study conducted by the Department of Zoology, University College of Science at M.L. Sukhadia University.

In that study were tested mice in four groups

  • Control (no fluoride),
  • Fluoride (120 ppm),
  • Fluoride (120 ppm/3m mg/kg body weight plus curcumin), and
  • Curcumin (30 mg/kg body weight).

The results showed that only fluoride group demonstrated sensitive Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in the hippocampus and the cerebral cortex, while the group given both fluoride and curcumin showed reduced levels.
