A plant which is seen regularly in our environment that has many advantages is a mulberry.

The mulberries are large, deciduous trees native to the warm temperate. They can be purple-red color while ripening, however, there are white, red, purple or multiple varieties.

As an excellent source of iron it determines the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood.

They are also rich in a B-complex group of vitamins, and vitamin K, which helps the human body in the metabolism of carbohydrates, protein, and fats.
